Ed Cherfnoff -- Defense Attorney's Closing Arguments

Defense Attorney Ed Chernoff just began his closing arguments to the jury.
Chernoff said the prosecution failed to prove a crime was committed.
* We won't tell you that Murray never made mistakes. But this is not a civil case. For a crime to be committed, the prosucetuon has to show Murray killed MJ.
* Alberto Alvarez testified that Murray -- who barely knew Alvarez -- chose him to hide vials and bags for him.
* Alvarez testified he grabbed the IV bag but the problem with that is the fingerprints found on the bag were not his.
* Alvarez said there was a milky substance in the IV bag, but no Propofol was found in the bag.
