Selena Gomez's alleged stalker just entered a not guilty plea in L.A. County Court -- but based on the hilarious footage ... guy seemed more concerned with making wacky faces behind his lawyer's back.
Thomas Brodnicki -- who has a history of criminal stalking -- allegedly told his therapist that he was going to kill Selena. Law enforcement believe he started stalking Selena back in July.
Selena and her attorney, Blair Berk, already had a temporary restraining order against Brodnicki -- and today the judge extended that order for 3 years.
He is being held on $150,000 bail.
